Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?+
Every account starts with a free 30-day trial of the Generic Room. No credit card required. Set up your room, invite a test guest and see what your guests will see.
What happens after the trial?+
Your room stops opening for guests until you choose a plan. Your settings, brand and guest data are kept — pick a plan any time and carry on where you left off.
Is there an annual plan?+
Yes. Every plan can be paid yearly at ten times the monthly price — two months free.
What does Custom Deluxe include?+
A room fully branded to your business with its own back office and command center built around the big green Go Live button, your logo bursting over the meeting, your own party music and effects, five custom party features — each with your own effect, image and sound (more at $99 a month each), multiple rooms and priority support.
We need many rooms across teams — can you help?+
Yes. Custom Deluxe is self-serve; for bigger multi-room rollouts, talk to us and we'll scope it with you.
Do you resell meeting licences?+
No. Your meeting plan is billed by your meeting provider. BrandedRooms only bills for rooms.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancel any time from your account; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Do you accept promo codes?+
