The plans at a glance
Every plan runs your video meeting inside a page, with a waiting room that tells guests you will be joining shortly, one-click Start the room and guest capture at the door. The plans differ in how much of the page is yours and how much it does around the meeting.
- Free 30-day trial, no card: a generic room on a brandedrooms.com address, the "[host] will be joining shortly" waiting room, the meeting inside the page, Start the room and guest capture. The BrandedRooms badge is shown. After thirty days the room needs a plan to stay open.
- Generic Room, $99 a month: the generic room kept after the trial, plus guest capture with a CSV export, the standard effects pack, and the attendee list with capacity warnings. The BrandedRooms badge is shown.
- Branded Room, $499 a month, most popular: your logo, colours and fonts throughout, waiting room included, your own domain or subdomain, CRM and email hookups with tags, the featured offers rail, follow-up funnels, the standard effects pack and the attendee list. The badge is removed.
- Custom Deluxe, $1,499 a month: fully branded to your business, with its own command center and a Go Live moment, a logo burst over the meeting, five custom party features included (for each, you pick the party effect, the image, such as your logo popping up, and the sound; more can be added any time as an upgrade) and priority support. The badge is removed.
- On request, talk to sales: single sign-on, multi-room administration, white-label for agencies and custom integrations, scoped and quoted after a conversation.
How the free 30-day trial works
The trial is a real room, not a demo. You connect the meeting account you already use, set your waiting message and run genuine sessions on a brandedrooms.com address for thirty days. There is no card to enter, so nothing is charged when the trial ends.
Use those thirty days on purpose. A good pattern is three sessions: one with a pretend guest in another browser so you see exactly what your guests see, one with a friendly audience such as your team or a few regulars, and one real event. By the third you will know whether a generic room is enough or whether the page needs to carry your own brand.
When the trial ends, the room must be upgraded to a paid plan to stay open. Guest details you captured during the trial are yours either way.
What you still pay your meeting provider for
BrandedRooms is not a meeting provider, and it never resells meeting licences. You keep the meeting account you already use, and it stays billed by your provider exactly as it is today.
That matters for budgeting in one way above all: capacity. Everyone inside your room counts toward your meeting licence's participant limit, and on the Generic Room and up the attendee list warns you as you approach it. If an event will be larger than your licence allows, the change you need is a bigger licence from your meeting provider, or an overflow livestream, not a different BrandedRooms plan. Recordings and cloud storage also stay with your meeting account, so those costs do not change. One honest limit: room effects play on the page, so they are not part of the platform's recording.
How to choose a plan
Start with what the room needs to do for you, not with how many features you might use one day.
Choose the Generic Room when a brandedrooms.com address and the badge are fine for your audience, and what you want is a dependable room with a guest list you can export, effects for the big moments and a live view of who is in. Internal sessions, member calls and team celebrations often sit happily here.
Choose a Branded Room when the room has started to matter to your business: when the page should carry your logo, colours and domain, when you want an offer beside the meeting, and when guest details should go straight into your CRM or email tool with the right tags and a follow-up funnel. That is why most hosts land here.
Choose Custom Deluxe when the room is a signature experience: its own command center, a logo burst when you go live, and five custom party features with effects, images and sounds people associate with you. Talk to sales when IT, procurement or several brands are involved.
What each plan looks like in practice
Prices are easier to judge against real rooms, so here is how four typical hosts might use the plans.
A team lead runs a weekly all-hands. The Generic Room covers it well: people wait in the lobby, join together when the lead presses Start the room, and applause plays when someone ships something. The badge bothers nobody, and the CSV is enough follow-up.
A coach runs a monthly masterclass that leads into a paid programme. A Branded Room fits: the page sits on the coach's own domain, the programme waits in the offers rail beside the teaching, and every guest flows into the coach's email tool with a tag and a follow-up funnel.
A brand hosting a launch wants the moment to feel like theirs. Custom Deluxe gives them a command center to run the show, a logo burst on Go Live and custom sounds that become part of the brand.
An agency running rooms for several clients would talk to sales about multi-room administration and white-label.
Billing questions people ask
A few practical answers, so there are no surprises.
Annual billing: plans are billed monthly. Ask about annual billing when you sign up or talk to our team.
Cancelling: a monthly plan can be cancelled at any time, and the room keeps its plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Party features: Custom Deluxe includes five custom party features. More can be added any time as an upgrade; ask our team.
Guest data: your guests' details belong to you on every plan. They are not sold or shared with other customers.
Meeting licences: billed by your meeting provider, never by BrandedRooms.
