Brand your room: logo, colours and offers

Your brand is the hero; the room is the stage. Here's how to make the room unmistakably yours.

Logo

Upload a PNG or SVG with a transparent background, or paste a link to it. A horizontal logo works best in the room header.

Pick a primary colour (buttons, highlights) and an accent (the lobby and celebration moments). Choose a light or dark ground to match your site.

On a Branded Room, add the programmes, products and links you want beside the meeting. They open in a slide-over, so nobody leaves the call.

On a Branded Room you can host the room on your own domain or a subdomain such as live.yourbrand.com. We'll send the DNS record to add.

Generic Rooms show a small “Hosted on BrandedRooms” badge. Branded Rooms remove it; Custom Deluxe is fully branded to your business.

What logo size should I use?+

At least 400 px wide, under 300 KB, ideally a transparent PNG or an SVG.

Can I brand the Generic Room?+

The Generic Room uses the BrandedRooms style with your room name. Your logo, colours and domain come with a Branded Room.
