Why people want more than one room
One room is enough for most hosts: a single front door for every webinar, class and celebration, with the meeting inside your own page. A second room starts to make sense when the rooms need to look or behave differently.
- Two brands or businesses, each with its own logo, colours and domain.
- Separate audiences, such as a public webinar room and a private client room.
- A team where several people host on the same day.
- An agency running rooms for different clients.
- A company with rooms for different departments, such as internal communications and customer education.
What each room carries
Every room is set up on its own. It has its own room page, its own waiting-room message and countdown, its own connection to a meeting and its own guest list. On a Branded Room, each room can also carry its own logo, colours and fonts, its own domain or subdomain, its own featured offers and its own follow-up funnel.
That independence is the point. A coach with a public masterclass room and a private client room can make each feel right for its audience, and guests in one never see the offers or branding meant for the other. Plans and prices are on the pricing page, and every room can start with a free 30-day trial, no card.
Check your meeting licence
BrandedRooms hosts the meeting you already run, on the meeting account and licence you already pay for. That means your licence still decides what can happen at the same time. On many meeting plans, one host account can run one meeting at a time, so two rooms that go live at the same moment usually need two hosts or a plan that allows it.
Rooms that run at different times can share one host account, as long as each room points to the right meeting. Each room's capacity is set by the licence behind its meeting, and everyone inside counts toward that participant limit.
One room or several: how to decide
Ask three questions. Do the rooms need different branding or domains? Do they run at the same time? Do different people need to manage them? If the answer to all three is no, one room with a clear event name in the lobby is simpler and easier for guests to remember. If any answer is yes, a second room is usually worth it. If you find yourself planning five or more, talk to sales so the rooms can be managed in one place.
Keeping guest data tidy across rooms
Guest capture tags every guest by event, so even a single room keeps your webinar, masterclass and community call lists separate. With more than one room, keep your event names consistent so exports and CRM tags line up. On a Branded Room, guest details flow to your CRM or email tool with tags, which makes it simple to see who attended what across rooms.
Agencies and larger teams
Agencies that run rooms for clients, and companies running a full event programme, usually want one account with every room in it, plus white-label so the rooms carry only the client's brand. Multiple-room administration, white-label, single sign-on and custom integrations are available through our team, scoped and quoted. Tell us how many rooms you need, who manages them and how often they run, and we will scope it with you.
